Clearly I am failing on at least one of my new years resolutions. Actually I'm failing on virtually all of them. But its never too late (well I suppose after you are dead is too late - but I'm not there yet) to try and get back on track so here I am.
Anyway, a little gem to get back. Along with blogging again I'm joined the 10,000 step challenge as yet another attempt to get my weight under control and my health and fitness back. Wish me luck.
PS - my first full day on the program, 8095 steps (about 4000 of which came from 50 minutes of deck hockey)
