8800 Steps and doing ok.

Just a quick one today, 8800 steps and doing ok. I would have really liked to hit 10,000 but then again after yesterdays deck hockey I still hurt all over anyway.

The key is, I think, turning good intentions into real actions and then transforming a series of individual actions into a habit. Someone recently told me it takes 30 days to bed a habit in - so 28 to go I suppose.
